The new Owl Micro Plus Energy Monitor shows you how much electricity you are using at any one time and helps changes your usage habits and reduce energy bill.
This is an upgrade on the popular original Owl Micro Model but comes with a number of improved features.
Powered by the included AA batteries the Owl Micro Plus shows you both real time and accumulated energy consumption figures.

Can the Owl Micro be used on both Domestic and Commercial Dwellings?
The Owl Micro Plus standard pack comes with standard sensors for attaching to cables up to 10mm in diameter and measuring up to 70A. These work in the vast majority of domestic dwellings.
Most commercial buildings have a three phase energy supply and an additional 2 sensors will be required. You can order either the three phase standard sensor pack if the cables are up to 1omm in diameter. Alternatively you can opt for the three phase large sensor pack if attaching to cables up between 10 and 17mm in diameter

Synchronizing the Display and Transmitter on Owl CM180
- Remove the battery cover from the back
of the transmitter - Insert 3 x AA batteries into the battery
compartment ensuring that the batteries
are the correct orientation. - Press the reset button in the Transmitter
battery compartment. - Press and hold the Check key in the Transmitter
battery compartment until the Red light starts to
flash slowly - Remove the battery cover from the base of the
Display. - Press and Insert 2 x AA batteries into the battery
compartment ensuring that the batteries are the
correct orientation. - Press the reset button on the back of the Display.
- Replace the battery cover of the Display
- Replace the battery cover of the Transmitter
Connecting the Sensor of the Owl Electricity Monitor
- Locate your electricity supply cables between your meter & consumer unit (fuse-box).
- Fit the sensor clip over the insulated Live cable running into the meter (furthest left cable) or running out from the meter (furthest right cable).
Note the sensor clip can be fitted anywhere along the live cable from the meter to the consumer unit.
- At no time should force or undue pressure be applied to any wiring or connections.
