Lockout-tagout (also known as lock and tag) is a safety procedure used in industry to ensure that dangerous machines are properly shut off and not started up again prior to the completion of service or maintenance work.

By using a Lock It Tag It Pin and Sleeve Lockout Device you can ensure that hazardous

power sources are isolated and rendered inoperative before any repair procedure is started.

Lock It Tag It works in conjunction with a lock usually locking the device or the power source with the hasp and placing it in such a position that no hazardous power sources can be turned on. The procedure requires that a tag be affixed to the locked device indicating that it should not be turned on.

Which Tag It Lock Products Do you Need? 

There are eight different colour coded tag it lock it products available to order. The product is identified by voltage, current rating of the socket and the colour.

• L0001 is for 110V 16A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is yellow because this is the colour generally used for 110V Pin & Sleeve plugs and sockets.

• L0002 is for 220V 16A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is blue because this is the colour

  

• L0003 is for 110V 32A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is yellow because this is the colour generally used for 110V Pin & Sleeve plugs and sockets.

• L0004 is for 400V 16A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is red because this is the colour generally used for 400V Pin & Sleeve plugs and sockets.

• L0005 is for 220V 32A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is blue because this is the colour

  

  generally used for 220V Pin & Sleeve plugs and sockets.

• L0006 is for 400V 16A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is red because this is the colour generally used for 400V Pin & Sleeve plugs and sockets.

• L0007 is for 220V 63A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is blue because this is the colourgenerally used for 220V Pin & Sleeve plugs and sockets.

• L0008 is for 400V 63A Pin & Sleeve sockets and is red because this is the colour generally used for 400V Pin & Sleeve plugs and sockets.
